Feeling inexplicably thirsty? That can only mean one thing — it’s time for the drunktacular finale to another year of VGHangover! As we’ve done every year for the past 50 years of doing this show, we’re opening the phone lines so you can call in with your questions, then opening some bottles of the good(?) stuff to help us answer them. (That’s not to say that you come up with the sort of questions that necessitate drinking, but — look, it’s been a long 2017, OK?)
1 CommentAfter fulfilling our obligation to play games for charity, we’re back to playing games simply because we don’t know any better. Randy suffers through the new South Park and Agents of Mayhem while D.J. is Kazuma Kiryu’s vicarious drinking buddy in Yakuza 3.
Comments closedWe wrapped up Extra Life by getting murdered in the hot new PLAYERUNKNOWN’SBATTLEGROUNDSlike, Fortnite Battle Royale. Also, we learned how bows work in Torchlight, found (and were promptly banned from) our niche in Splatoon 2, and sneakily snuck through Horizon: Zero Dawn.

We survived Extra Life, phase 1 — now hear about everything we played! Splatoon 2, Night in the Woods, Super Mario Odyssey, Metroid II, and of course, Raft. Also, a brief stint with Superhot on PlayStation VR.
Super Mario Odyssey is here and the gang shares stories about the long journey to New Donk City. Also, Paul plays his millionth hour of Horizon: Zero Dawn, D.J. joins an after-school poetry club, and Randy would have preferred a sombrero.
