Randy, my FE tips:
There should be red guys on the world map to fight. When those guys are gone, pick the first fight in the “Bonus Box” for some easy XP. When you’re sick of that, buy & use a “Reeking Box” from a shop, which will add another random battle to the map. Definitely no need to spend real money to level up.
As for classes, it doesn’t *need* to be complicated. Use a character until they get to level 20, and then use a “Master Seal” to change them to an advanced class. This improves their stats a bit and sets them back to level 1 so you can keep growing. I’m about 2/3 through the game, and I’ve had no reason to get any more fancy than that.
As for marriage, don’t sweat it. Pair up whoever you like.
What would it take me to get a PS Vita? Im with Paul, I’d get one for around $150. I like the PS+ options on the Vita but my new job requires no travel so I don’t know when I would play it. If a new Resident Evil game came to the Vita I would highly consider buying the system just for that.
