There’s simply too damn many good games out this time of year. If you’re one of the crazy types (like some of us…) who try to play them all, it can be a pretty expensive proposition – in terms of both time and money. Luckily, Amazon has thrown us a bone which should help a little bit in the money department.
For some indeterminate limited time, they’re running a ‘Buy one game, get one half off‘ sale as part of their “Countdown to Black Friday” and it includes a surprising number of the biggest releases from the past month or two. Namely, Modern Warfare 3, Uncharted 3, Skyrim, Arkham City, Rage, and Goldeneye 007 to name a few of the highlights.

Took advantage of this deal yesterday, bought Skyrim and Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One for $65 after BF3 promo credit. Going to be returning the Amazon copy of Skyrim to TRU for a refund. 😉
I really want Skyrim after everybody has been raving about it and all the Assassins Creed Rev news has me drooling about that too, but … I …. must … resist ….. the … games ;(
