Drake came early! Everyone at VGH HQ got a copy of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception this week. We’re not trying to brag or anything. Well… maybe a little bit. But hey, as we mentioned in VGH #27, that was kind of the entire point of going to the AMC / Uncharted theater events, so just let us relish this special feeling for a moment. Besides, the game is really good and well worth a couple more days of waiting. But yeah…. we’re playing it this weekend.
If you haven’t firmed up your Uncharted 3 purchasing plans yet, Amazon is throwing in a couple of little multiplayer extras with pre-orders.
What else are the VGH crew up to this weekend?
Randy Dickinson (@randy_wrecked): The 3 things I’ll be doing this weekend, in order of awesomeness:
1. Playing Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.
2. Seeing the Pixies perform their classic album, “Doolittle”, live.
3. Watching girls dressed like slutty bumblebees/kitties/fairies freeze their asses off at a Halloween party.

Paul Sandhu (@spaulsandhu): I’m still hung over from an all-nighter session with Uncharted 3. I plan on being hungover the entire weekend.
Matt Kernan (@mkernan): I just got a copy of Twister Mania in the mail, so I’m pretty thrilled about that. If I have any time left after Twister-ing, I’ll play some Uncharted 3, Battlefield 3, and Arkham City, which I still need to finish.
