I’m in general agreement on digital gaming from what was said on the podcast.

Generally speaking though physical media has an important economical role in the way I buy videgames. For instance I pre-ordered Infamous 2 because amazon game me $20 credit. So now when I go to pre-order Uncharted 3 I can use that credit to knock 20 off, and then I’ll trade in Infamous 2 to Amazon for 20-30 which will be again knocked off the total to leave me with a very affordable copy of U3. You can’t trade in digital media (yet) and unlike some of the vghangover cast I’m not much of a ‘collector’ so in my case going all digital isn’t quite worth it yet.

Also, long viva le Steam! (and Steve also)
