VGH #193: D.J.’s Ghost

VGH #193: D.J.'s Ghost

We regret to inform our listeners that D.J. Ross fell in battle during the great Burrito Wars of Cinco de Mayo 2015. Never forget.

Randy and Paul somehow find the strength to carry on, however, and this week they weigh in on big Suicide Squad news, PC gaming’s big night at E3, and the big new scheme to get gamers off of their big fat asses.

The guys also drown their sorrows in games, including Cities: Skylines, Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, and Never Alone.

Protip: mischaracterizing the largest most diverse state as a bunch of bigots is not only a bad way to start a podcast, but also laughable in it’s hypocracy.

Hey Shawn, I think my comments came across as a little more mean spirited than I intended, so I’m sorry about that. Thanks for writing in though, we talk about your comment on our show this week as well so definitely tune in. Take it easy!

I don’t mean to attack you, as I like your podcast. Also I get that a joke is a joke. Sometimes it just becomes hard to listen to people continually perpetuate nonsense that is imperically not true (ie all Texans/conservatives want to opress people).

What part of liberty/the constitution is based on opressing people?

I realize a lot (most) people in the video game podcasting space are statists, but since video games have little to nothing to do with politics most professional/successful sites avoid the subject so as not to alienate potential fans.
