Thanks but no thanks? This week, we’re talking about the things that make us thankful to be gamers. This is also the episode where it sounds like Randy could drop dead at any moment. Sorry ’bout that. Plus: Mario, Saints, Skyrim, Queen and Muppets!

To elaborate on the screenshot feature in Saints Row: The Third that Randy was talking about…. It seems like it’s currently only partially implemented on the Saints Row community site. Before, you couldn’t go to the screenshot section at all, but right now you can go to it but only view thumbnails. If you go to the map section though, you can view them properly there. Sign into the community site, click ‘community’, then ‘map’, then ‘my map’ and there’s a screenshot section there.

I enjoy hearing your opinions on the games you are playing; however, for the love of Pete, the host needs to stop saying “sort of” after every five words. He does fine until its time to describe a game he’s been playing. Then it’s “sort of” this and “sort of” that. I want to listen to this podcast, but I keep turning it of do to this sort of annoying sort of verbal tick. Please don’t take offense. I’m just trying to help. Peace and Skyrim!!!!!
Uh oh, was that me? I’ve been striving to cut down on all the “ums” and “uhhs,” so now I’ll add “sort of” to the list. Failing that, I’ll start putting a dollar in a jar every time it happens.
Thanks for the feedback, though! Definitely no offense taken. It’s actually hilarious when people point out stuff like this. I hope you’ll keep listening to future episodes so you can let us know how we’re doing!
I will agree with what you guys said (especially with loving us fans, TY) but I especially agree with the notion of finding people online that can easily help you out or even just be there to hang.
When I was younger I remember playing Maplestory (a F2P mmorpg by Nexon) and being in a very high level area, while still a n00b. I ran into a guy who let me join his party and helped me live, and level. He later gave me over 500,000 Mesos (currency) and just left.
Those little bits of kindness are often missed even in regular society and to see it in someone who I don’t even know is incredible, and I wish I could see it more.
Keep up the good work,
– MixedRage
One thing I’m really thankful far is that the major players on Video Game Market are acknowledging the existence of others markets like Brazil, where I live. Now we have our Brazilian PSN and XBOX Live and don’t need to fake a American address just to log in…
